PROMOS

If you would like to have any promotional merchandise or materials in the race packets, please have them to us by Friday, Sept. 13th. We’re located at 3800 W. 2100 S. Salt Lake City, UT 84120.

We'll be in touch with you when we get event bracelets and cards printed. You can expect to get them by mid-August.

FACEBOOK

If your company is on facebook, we'll be adding you as a co-host on the event page. Keep an eye out for it and feel free to share!

5K VIDEO

Your sponsorship includes the opportunity to be interviewed for the event video. If you would like to do this, please fill out this form with the contact information of the person that will be interviewed.

 

BOOTH SPACE

Your sponsorship comes with a 10x10 space at the event. We can provide a canopy, table, and chairs if needed. Please fill out the form below to let us know if you'll bring your own setup or need specific items.

Use the sponsor logo at the bottom of your company email signatures with a link to the event. 

Consider offering an incentive for your employees to participate.

  • Offer a donation match when employees register for the race (when an employee registers, your company donates X to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention).

  • Pay for part or all of your employee’s registration fees. Since Marshall Industries is hosting this event, management is paying the registration fees for every employee and their family to participate.

If your company has a facebook page, we’ll add it as a co-host to the facebook event. You can invite your company’s community, add posts to the event, or share! 

Pass out race bracelet cards at your company events, to your community, give them to employees, or set them out in your lobby for visitors.
